The New Canvas City Marine Shop - NOW OPEN

This client purchased a new-to-them sailboat so they can enjoy more of the open waters together. They both participated in the upgrades inside and out. First, we made all new reversible cushions, partially using some of the original fabric as it was in great shape and was somewhat luxurious. We redesigned them in a two-tone pattern on the front side then a cream vinyl on the back for when the fellas come to visit.
Next we designed and built a full frame, taking account the very tall captain and the type of sailing and lifestyle they planned to enjoy while onboard. It’s complete with slide-out windows and screens(no roll-ups).
The finished project features an open airy feeling inside with great visibility from all angles, great for sailing and socializing.

This client opted to fully upgrade his boat with new dash panels and controls, a new sound system, a new swim platform, and new covers to protect the investment. Scroll the gallery

Our favorite Sea Ray 370 project boat is back for an update. we built the cantilever frame 3 years a go. this time We swapped out the black canvas. We refitted her with modern Sunbrella: Silica silver fabric and a polycarbonate windshield which provides better clarity when underway vs traditional roll up clear.

Searay 330: For this client, we increased the headroom at the helm and built a new frame to take advantage of the aft lounge area.

Searay 330: This client encountered something that is trending… Old, tattered, or degrading canvas that desperately needed to be replaced.

Searay 400: this client loved their boat but wanted to get more usable head room in the aft area. so we built a new frame to add room using a cantilever design which gave a full uninterupted panoramic view from the aft seating area.

this client had a mishap onboard which damaged his seats. No worries, canvas city marine found the matching fabric and repaired the seat and backboard just in time for launch season. ;)

After many modifications, we made a new bimini for this client to match his existing windows.

this starcraft came Fresh from the factory straight to our shop for a custom cover. Everything brand new. ;)

it was time for a new enclosure for those long fishing expeditions and this client came to Cancvas city marine for a new custom enclosure. We modified the frame to give him more head room inside. In all, we added roughly 4 inches which made a big difference.

This client visited a few local shops before stopping in at Canvas City Marine. We were working on another vessel's cover when he arrived. He liked what he saw, so he asked if, "we could do the same for his boat?"

"Of course, we can."

So we did!

Cockpit cover - this client came to us after another company tried to multiple times to produce the cover he wanted. Canvas City marine knocked it out first try - ;)

This client paid a hansome price for his fishing boat and wanted it to remain in good condition for as long as possible, so we fashioned a tough travel cover that will protect and look great on the highway.

Whether tying off at the dock or with friends out on the water those naked bumpers can be under a lot of stress which is transferred to the gelcoat of your vessel. Repairing gelcoat can be an expensive repair. Our fender blankets protect the vessels finish reducing the chances for unsightly surface damage.

This client wanted and nice set of tints for his sexy ride… we made it look good ;)

canvas city marine knows their way around a restoration project so when this client came to us with their “new to them” pride and joy Carver which they brought back to life, they came to canvas city marine for a custom enclosure. we bent all new frame work and made a whole new canvas enclosure just in time for the new season.
